QURECA delivered a successful "Qureka! Box Train the Trainers" Session

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of QURECA's "Train the Trainers" workshop sessions held in San Sebastian marking a significant milestone in our journey towards advancing education in quantum technologies. The workshops were designed to equip educators with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to effectively deliver the Qureka! Box curriculum to students, paving the way for the next generation of quantum professionals.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the participants, facilitators, and partners who made these workshops a success. Together, we are not just teaching quantum computing; we are inspiring the next generation of innovators and leaders in this groundbreaking field. QURECA also conducted Qureka!Box training workshop for Garrigues, an independent law firm in Madrid.

QURECA is committed to expanding this program to other cities and countries, with the goal of building a global community of educators equipped to introduce quantum computing around the world.

Following the Scottish Funding Council’s (SFC’s) announcement in 2023 to designate their fourth Alliances for Research Challenges (ARCs) as quantum technologies – the inaugural launch of the new Quantum Technologies Alliance took place on February 19, 2024. It was held at the University of Glasgow’s Advanced Research Centre with Simon Armstrong, Quantum Educational Content Development Manager presenting on “Building the Quantum Workforce: Our Activities for a Wider Engagement”.
