Deep Prasad is the founder and CEO of GenMat. Deep has mobilized a world-class team of scientists and engineers to develop quantum technologies that advance the state of materials science in semiconducting, photovoltaics, alloys, batteries, and more. Under his leadership, GenMat is focused on vastly reducing time and costs in creating new materials and products. Deep graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in industrial engineering.

Jake Vikoren leads classical machine learning efforts at GenMat. Previously, Jake was a machine learning engineer and co-lead of the Applied Quantum Research team at Booz Allen Hamilton. He developed computer vision workflows using TensorFlow and Docker. Jake graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in physics.
